This age-qualified community offers convenient access to everyday services, healthcare, and transportation throughout Cobb County.

Residents at Ashton Arbors benefit from on-site management and a dedicated Resident Care Team, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance services that support a low-maintenance lifestyle. The community features shared spaces such as a clubhouse and wellness areas that encourage connection, activity, and everyday comfort.

Located near Powder Springs Road and Dallas Highway, Ashton Arbors is within 2–4 miles of Wellstar Cobb Medical Center, grocery stores, pharmacies, and shopping centers. The community also offers access to CobbLinc transit routes within approximately 0.5–1 mile, connecting residents to local services and surrounding Marietta destinations. With convenient access to Barrett Parkway and I-75, residents can easily travel throughout the greater Atlanta area.

We partner with a third-party service, PetScreening.com, which requires all residents to complete either a pet profile, a ‘no pet’ profile, or an assistance animal accommodation request. The cost for a household pet profile is $30 annually ($25 if paid via ACH), with a $20 renewal each year?

Restrictions: To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents, pets must weigh 50 lbs. or less each. While we love all breeds, certain restrictions apply, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario’s, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chows, St. Bernards, Great Danes, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Karelian Bear Dogs, or any hybrid of these breeds. We’re unable to accommodate exotic pets such as reptiles, piranhas, tarantulas, ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, ect
